Submitting a vendor application DOES NOT guarantee a vendor space. We will contact you via email within 5 business days of receiving your application to communicate approval or denial of your application.

Food vendor space reservation is $200 and non-food booth space reservation is $100. Your spot is not reserved until you have received application approval and payment has been made. There are NO exceptions to this requirement as space is limited. Until payment is received space may be assigned to another vendor. Vendor reservation fees are non-refundable. Payment for space reservation should be made under the shop at the top of the page.
Vendors are expected to comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and shall have all appropriate licenses, permits and other required documentation.

There are a very limited number of outlets and water spigots on the property. Water and power hookups are not guaranteed. Please plan to provide your own power if required. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. Neither Alabama Mushroom Society, nor the city of Sylacauga are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged vendor items and/or property.

Non-food Vendors booth space is limited to a 12x12 area. If you are a food truck and require more space than this, please contact us at the email below. 

Subletting and booth sharing is prohibited and will result in being removed from the festival grounds.

Vendor set up is October 7th, 2022 from noon to 7pm. Vendors must be set up and ready to go at the opening of the festival on Oct 8th, 2022 at 9:00am and must remain set up until the end of the festival on Oct 9th, 2022 at 4:00pm.  Vendor tear down and clean up must be completed and everything removed from the property that same day. Anything left on the property after Oct 9th will be discarded. 

Each vendor will receive and retain 100% of all revenue they generate.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy area. A dumpster will be provided for your convenience. 

Vendors have the option to purchase a camping spot at a discounted rate. These discounted spots are only available to the individuals listed on the vendor application and must be purchased by contacting the festival organizers. There are a limited number of camp spots available and once they are sold, they are gone.
