    Meet Spencer at the first boulder beyond the trail head at Moss Rock Preserve, 617 Preserve Way, Hoover, AL 35226.

    This event is free to paid AMS members and $5 per person for non-members. Please plan to pay with exact change, in cash at the time of the event.

    The foray will take place at Hurricane Creek Park, 22600 US Highway 31, Vinemont, AL 35179.  Meet Alisha in the parking lot.  Look for the grey SUV with the back lifted.

    We will meet at the Baldwin County Heritage Museum at 25521 US-98, Elberta, AL 36530.  We'll start our hunt right at 10:00 am and then meet back at the museum at 11:00am to share and discuss our finds.

    Meet Becca in the parking lot.  Look for signs at the turns!

    The John B. Scott Trail is 4.7 miles that weaves along the Tallapoosa River through old growth hardwoods and along several creeks.

    Directions to the Park:

    From South Memorial Parkway take Weatherly Road east, right on Bailey Cove Road, left on Green Mountain Road, and right on South Shawdee Road 1.3 miles to the Park.
